The Civil DIsobedience Evolution Fund supports activists in three basic ways:

• Know Your Rights. If you are considering an act of peaceful civil disobedience or non-compliance, you should know your rights and be prepared to assert them to any government bureaucrat that attempts to violate them.
• You're Not Alone in Jail. If you should find yourself incarcerated as a result of an act of peaceful civil disobedience or non-compliance, we might be able to help you.
• Defending Yourself in Court. In order to defend yourself against your charges, you need to know the rules of the court. Remember that you are defending yourself from them in their courts. Understanding the rules of the court are critical to your defense.
