Who We Are

The Civil Disobedience Evolution Fund works to restore freedom and support liberty by acting as a bridge between liberty activists and supporters. We support those activists who disobey bad laws, but only if such acts are done in a peaceful way. We do not support violence of any kind.

As a private educational charity, our mission is to support activists in three main areas:

  • How to deal with police and other government representatives
  • Know your rights if you should get arrested for peacefully violating bad laws
  • Understand the courts' rules and procedures and know your rights in the court system

To this end, we provide information that activists all over the world can use, but we specifically focus on activities in New Hampshire, where the Free State Project has been successful in bringing activists who are working towards a society where the maximum role of government is the protection of life, liberty, and property. While the information on this site will be useful to all seasoned and potential activists, some of the material, such as court motions and rules, are specific to New Hampshire.

For the New Activist

We realize that, as a potential activist, you probably have not had much experience dealing with government bureaucrats such as police and court personnel. There is information on this site to help you understand what your rights are when dealing with the State, and stories from people who have been successful in asserting those rights. There are also stories from people who have learned from their mistakes.

For the Seasoned Activist

If you have been doing peaseful activism for a while and are new to New Hampshire, welcome home! You might be interested in our Activist's Living Will, which will let us know how we can help you in the event you are incarcerated or otherwise incapacitated. You might also want to review the New Hampshire court rules to see how they differ from the rules where you moved from.

The Fund

The fund is currently operated 100% by volunteers who have donated their time and money to make this happen. Donations can be sent via Paypal, in person or by courier service. Federal Reserve Notes and precious metals are accepted as donations, and distributions are announced to the public.

The Fund is designed to support people who want to engage in civil disobedience, in whatever manner they think best. The fund serves as an educational tool, an activist support network, and a support fund to help with expenses incurred while doing civil disobedience.

On the education side, the Fund owns several resource materials, such as Marc Steven’s books and scripts, courses from Jurisdictionary.com, and other related materials. These can be borrowed from our library.

Whatever needs may arise to accomplish a peaceful act of civil disobedience, the activists support network of volunteers will work behind the scenes with the CD Evolution fund to ensure the event is successful. On the support side, the Fund can help pay for court costs, filing fees, and even money for basic needs. The fund can support activists and their families with basic needs while they are in jail.

We are classified as a private educational charity. We are not a non-profit in accordance with U.S. Internal Revenue Code 501(c)3. Any donations you make to the Fund are not tax-deductible. This really wasn’t a hard decision. Petitioning the government for exemption under their rules seems contradictory to the goals of the Fund.

So please feel free to donate to the fund because it is a good idea, not because you’ll get a tax break.

Unlike the government, the Fund will never support violence or fraud in any way. Any activist that prefers to act in a violent manner will be banned by the fund and probably ostracized by participants in the peaceful New Hampshire liberty movement.
